  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

  • Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork and camaraderie among kitchen staff.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly.
  • Assist in training and developing kitchen staff to enhance their skills and capabilities, contributing to their professional growth within the company.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house teams to optimize efficiency and productivity in serving customers.
  • Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for both kitchen staff and customers.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control activities, including stock ordering, stock takes, and minimizing wastage.
