About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Trainer to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training in IT applications used within our business, providing feedback on training interventions, and floorwalking at our sites to provide on-site support in all/any of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering training in IT applications used within Elysium
  • Providing feedback on training interventions
  • Floorwalking at Elysium sites to provide on-site support in all/any of Elysium IT Systems
  • Recording and sharing of FAQs
  • Provision of on-site support
  • Creating of learning material

Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering training in a healthcare environment
  • Experience in coaching and training
  • An understanding of a variety of delivery methods in IT training and development
  • Experience in the use of creating instructional videos
  • Familiarity with Camtasia Studio advantageous
  • TAP or TPMA
