Job Title: Artworker - Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Artworker/Project Coordinator to join our client's dynamic and progressive print organisation. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for interpreting client briefs, preparing print-ready files, and coordinating with installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting client briefs and ensuring artwork is ready for production
  • Preparing print-ready files and creating cutter guides and ink-layered designs
  • Managing production specifications and maintaining job dockets
  • Producing installation guides and visuals and completing delivery paperwork

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
  • A strong understanding of large format printing and production processes
  • Previous experience overseeing projects from start to finish
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
  • Willingness to support paid overtime hours when needed

What We Offer:

A competitive salary package, with the potential for a capability-dependent pay of circa. £33K+. You will also enjoy paid overtime and a range of benefits, including company pension contributions.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. You will have the opportunity to work with prestigious brands on exciting international projects and further develop your skills and advance within the business.
