Project Manager - Digital Transformation Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our IT Services team at Oxford Brookes University. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects or single large projects through delivery and transition to Business as Usual.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Lead and manage project teams, including stakeholders, suppliers, and staff at all levels
  • Ensure effective communication and engagement with stakeholders, including regular progress updates and reporting
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery
  • Collaborate with the IT Architecture Programme team to deliver digital transformation initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Experience working in a complex change environment, with multiple stakeholders and suppliers
  • Knowledge of IT service management principles and practices
