Account Executive

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Gillingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to expand our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Develop strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive base salary of £45,000 per annum, plus commissions and bonuses, which can significantly increase earnings potential. Additionally, we provide health insurance, retirement plan, and wellness programs.
