We are seeking a Helpdesk Technician to provide technical assistance to users experiencing software, hardware, or connectivity issues on a Microsoft Windows platform.
Key Responsibilities- Hardware and software installation, configuration, and relocation.
- Business application and software installation access provision.
- Network share administration and file access management.
- Basic Exchange Server and Windows 10 & 11 support.
- User and shared mailbox access configuration, Android and iPhone mobile phones, and IT Service Management tools.
- Procedure documentation and Assets inventory updates.
- Awareness of data privacy, IT security, ITIL principles, and networking knowledge.
