Senior Proposals Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposals Coordinator to join our Work Winning team at Galldris Group. As a key member of our preconstruction team, you will play a crucial role in drafting high-quality proposal documentation and supporting the bid team in preparing and submitting competitive tenders for construction opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of bid documents, including the gathering of necessary data from proposal contributors
  • Proof and edit colleague's bid response documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain and administer a library of reusable written content, templates, and processes to maintain efficiency across submissions
  • Support post-bid activities, including presentation creation and information logging
  • Assist in monitoring and logging opportunities through procurement portals

Requirements

  • Experience of working within a bid team and drafting, reviewing, and submitting proposal responses
  • Competent in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure
