About the Role
This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered general nurse to join our community nursing team in Dundee. The successful candidate will be responsible for a delegated caseload and will have the support of our experienced team to complete the Pg/Dip in Advancing District Nursing as part of their MSc over two years through Robert Gordon University.

Key Responsibilities
As a district nurse, you will work closely with colleagues across Dundee to achieve the objectives of the Dundee Health & Social Care Partnership Strategic Plan. This will involve working in close partnership with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients in their own homes or in community settings. You will also be responsible for supporting the design and delivery of new models and pathways of care within the service, with a commitment to multidisciplinary working and the ability to adapt and manage change within the service being essential.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered general nurse with a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, which will involve rotation of shifts/base to ensure provision of service over the 24-hour period over 7 days. A key objective will be to support the design and delivery of new models and pathways of care within the service, with a commitment to multidisciplinary working and the ability to adapt and manage change within the service being essential.
