About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Wienerberger België. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical and electro-mechanical plant equipment and machinery
  • Operate a preventative electrical maintenance system to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Identify and rectify electrical faults and issues
  • Program and configure Siemens and other programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
  • Use various testing equipment to locate and remedy electrical faults
  • Promote Lean thinking and contribute to safe systems of work (SSOW) documentation
  • Adhere to Wienerberger's quality system and standards in accordance with BSEN ISO 9001
About You

We are looking for an electrically biased engineer with experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment. You will have a minimum level 3 qualification in an Electrical Engineering discipline and a strong commitment to safe working practices.

You will be a team player with excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience with diagnostics and electrical motors and pneumatics. Experience with PLCs and a strong working knowledge of environment, health, and safety (EHS) processes are also essential.
