Cleaning Assistant

Located in East Anglia, we are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Assistant to join our team at Norse Cleaning Division. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The role involves carrying out basic cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning facilities. You will work 16 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 16:15 to 19:30 and Friday from 16:30 to 19:30. This part-time position offers flexibility and the opportunity to develop your skills in the cleaning industry.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with our clients on-site. Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable but not essential. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining a clean environment, we encourage you to apply.
In this role, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to grow and enhance your skills. We offer competitive rates of pay, including enhanced rates for weekend work and overtime. Our benefits package includes uniform provision, paid DBS checks after six months, and a range of company offers and discounts.
