About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Languages Specialist to join our dedicated team of educators at a reputable Secondary School in the UK. As a key member of our MFL Department, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the school's continued success.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of £38,766 - £60,092 + TLR (£size depending on experience). You will be joining a well-established department with a strong track record of growth and achievement, boasting impressive Progress 8 results across KS3, 4 & 5 and a fun and creative learning environment.

As a Compassionate Secondary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, providing individualized support to students, and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Your commitment to student progress and well-being will be paramount in ensuring the success of our students.

A bespoke induction program and support from experienced colleagues are provided for Newly Qualified MFL Teachers (ECT), ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their career. This comprehensive training package addresses the needs of all staff members, guaranteeing a smooth transition into the role.

Key requirements for the position include holding UK QTS or being in the process of gaining, demonstrating strong academic credentials (Degree, A Levels, GCSEs), meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level, and being able to work collaboratively as part of a large team. Ability to receive and act upon feedback is also essential.
