We are seeking a skilled Sales and Service Representative to join our team at Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe. As a Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for developing great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver the best experience possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Get to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our Jewson values.
  • Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Deal with lapsed accounts and generate sales with new and existing customers.
  • Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
  • Keep the branch looking clean and tidy to make a great first impression on our customers.
  • Maintain stock levels and carry out regular stock counts.
  • Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement.
