About the Role:

We are seeking an Apprentice Credit Controller to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service: Provide proactive and responsive support to clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of credit-related issues.
  • Credit Management: Develop and implement effective credit control strategies to minimize bad debt and optimize cash flow.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
