Scalable Infrastructure Leader

Role Summary:

The Scalable Infrastructure Leader will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our customers. With a strong background in high-performance computing, this individual will play a key role in driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge technology to our customers.

About the Job:

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
• Develop and maintain expertise in high-performance computing environments, including Linux operating systems and HPC programming languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor and upskill junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of IT professionals in the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Develop and maintain expertise in high-performance computing environments, including Linux operating systems and HPC programming languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor and upskill junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in high-performance computing environments, including Linux operating systems and HPC programming languages.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A technical degree in Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or equivalent field, or relevant technical experience.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
