About the Role

We are seeking an experienced In-Store Cleaning Manager to join our team at Arcus Solutions.

As a key member of our cleaning operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff and ensuring that our Sainsbury's store is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating cleaning schedules, monitoring and managing health and safety protocols, and supporting with the recruitment and training of new team members.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced retail environment, with experience of cleaning and stock management.

They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional results.
