Education Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our Sheffield team at Protocol Education. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in building relationships with schools and educators, and matching them with the right candidates to enhance the education experience for pupils.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a strong candidate database and match them to suitable roles
- Build and maintain relationships with schools and educators through regular face-to-face visits and high-impact sales conversations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed agreed targets and objectives
- Proven flair for spotting talent and matching the right people with the right roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
