- Report on social media performance weekly, using KPIs and trends to inform commercial and content strategy.
- Proven experience in social media management or as a creator.
- Exceptional knowledge of the social media landscape, including content optimization, publishing algorithms, and social listening.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Creative thinking and a strong understanding of the female empowerment movement.
- Comfortable working under pressure and being reactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary of £45,000-£63,000 depending on experience, with an opportunity for bonus.
- 25 days of holiday.
- A computer and other necessary equipment.
