Job Description

As a Waiting Staff member, you will be key to creating unforgettable moments for our customers. You will provide them with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Knowing the menu inside out and making recommendations to customers
  • Greeting, serving food, and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us
  • Assisting the bar in preparing drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations
  • Maintaining the front of house area to ensure it is safe, legal, and clean
Requirements

  • An eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection
