Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Professional - Medical Diagnostics to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical laboratory diagnostics systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced service engineers from various electronics systems backgrounds to join a leading supplier of diagnostic equipment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing field service engineering and a qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject.

The estimated salary for this role is around £56,000 per annum, with a car allowance and bonus scheme available. Our company offers an excellent benefits package and comprehensive product training to support your career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, installation, breakdown, repair, and calibration of medical laboratory diagnostics systems.
  • Support clinical chemistry and blood diagnostics products located at customer sites.

Requirements:

  • Competent background in customer-facing field service engineering.
  • Qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject (minimum ONC level).
  • Experience of working with high-value capital equipment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
