About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Food Service Assistant at OCS Group. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality service to our clients and their guests.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to the highest standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all clients and customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to food hygiene and health and safety.
  • Perform other duties as required by your Line Manager or the company.

Requirements

  • GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Basic food hygiene certification (Intermediate desirable).
  • NVQ 1/2 in Customer Care.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
