Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and managing investigations into reported breaches of planning control
  • Managing planning applications and appeal work arising from enforcement action
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on planning enforcement matters
  • Supervising a small team of Officers and providing day-to-day management and support

Requirements

  • Expertise and experience in town planning and planning enforcement
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
