The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, installation, breakdown, repair, and calibration of a wide range of sophisticated medical laboratory diagnostics systems.

Our ideal candidate will have a competent background in a customer-facing field service engineering capacity gained within any high-value capital equipment environment. Applications are encouraged from engineers with a broad range of backgrounds, including laboratory device, medical device, pharmaceutical device, ex-forces engineers, and a wide range of other electronic or electro-mechanical sectors.

The successful applicant will support clinical chemistry and blood diagnostics products located at customer sites. A qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject to a minimum of ONC level is required.

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of medical laboratory diagnostics systems and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. You will be working with a well-respected supplier of sophisticated medical diagnostics systems, trusted by healthcare professionals to accurately diagnose and test patients for a wide range of medical conditions and diseases.
