About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team at QUDOS CONSULTANCY LTD. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing estimating, tendering, and managing the commercial aspects of our contracts.

Working closely with our Contracts Manager, you will ensure smooth project scheduling, address minor works, variations, and customer care tasks in the fast-paced construction environment. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be a key player in driving the commercial success of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead pricing and bidding for new landscaping works with both new and existing clients.
  • Develop and manage project-specific bills of quantities, tracking progress and ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage quotes for minor works, variations, and customer care tasks, collaborating with the Contracts Manager for scheduling.
  • Work with the Office Manager to track project profitability, refining our pricing strategies.
  • Handle invoicing and applications for payment according to contract terms.
  • Manage our customer care database, ensuring outstanding and responsive service.
