Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and updates, and assess their suitability for the organization.
  • Design and develop IS solutions using the Power Platform suite and other technologies.
  • Use conventional scripting to enhance applications beyond low-code solutions.
  • Lead on connected services via API integrations with D365ERP and other services.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Power Platform solutions, including connected apps via APIs, webhooks, etc.
  • Transfer knowledge to junior members of the team.
  • Establish and promote best practices for Power Platform and IS solutions.
  • Create supporting documentation, processes, and policies for Power Platform applications and IS solutions.
  • Create and establish best practices using DevOps to manage projects and enhancements.
  • Support digital transformation projects.
  • Work with various stakeholders to scope business requirements, understand data needs, and translate them into functional Power Platform and IS solutions.
  • Manage projects from initiation to go-live, with regular updates delivered to the IT Manager and C-Suite.
  • Work with the Power BI team to deliver reporting on new Power Platform applications and solutions.
  • Deliver L1-L2 training for junior members of the team for IS support model.
  • Develop and oversee delivery of end-user training to assist in Power Platform applications and solutions adoption.
  • Provide training and support at user and administrator levels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of the Power Platform Suite (Power Apps, Automate, BI, Canvas, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP solutions, including Dynamics 365.
  • Understanding of ITIL methodology, with an ability to implement changes.
  • Understanding of Azure services and Entra.
  • Experience of API and other methods of application integration.
  • Project management experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage junior members of a small team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Power Platform certifications.
  • SharePoint experience.
  • Previous team leading or developing experience.
  • Experience of front-end development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Liquid.
  • Exposure to manufacturing or production environments.
