Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Solutions30, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth and expansion into the UK market. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective organisations through strategic, value-based selling techniques, driving sales and cultivating strong relationships with clients to elicit enquiries, win new business, and reactivate previous customers.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in New Business revenue in a B2B environment, a consultative approach to sales, and a track record of consistent achievement of sales KPIs. They will also have a good understanding of online tools such as LinkedIn, lead automation, data gathering, and CRMs.

Key responsibilities include:
- Engage with prospective organisations through strategic, value-based selling techniques
- Drive sales: make professional outbound telesales calls to targeted prospects and major accounts, securing appointments and generating new business
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to elicit enquiries, win new business, and reactivate previous customers
- Pipeline and territory strategy development; engage in prospecting activity to drive pipeline creation
- Position hardware and software solutions and articulate their value based upon customer's needs
- Develop a deep knowledge of our solutions to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits
- As the business grows, develop and manage a growing sales team alongside the directors
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Demonstrable experience in New Business revenue in a B2B environment
- Consultative approach to sales
- Track record of consistent achievement of sales KPIs
- Results-driven and money-motivated
- Good understanding of online tools such as LinkedIn, lead automation, data gathering, and CRMs
- Interest in energy saving, greener solutions, eco-friendly, Electric Vehicle Charging, Solar Energy, etc.
