Recruitment Assistant Role
About the Job
The Recruitment Assistant will coordinate the full recruitment cycle, from advertising job vacancies and screening applications to scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
- Screen applications, conduct initial screenings, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Assist in organizing and managing recruitment campaigns, talent pipelines, and outreach efforts to attract top talent locally and regionally.
- Support new starters, facilitating the onboarding process, including scheduling inductions, and ensuring new team members feel welcomed and supported from day one.
- Maintain accurate records, support the People Administrator with administrative tasks, and ensure all recruitment documentation is organized and up to date.

Working Hours and Pay Rates:
Permanent contract, 40 hours per week over 5 days, up to £11.44 per hour depending on age. We aim to offer flexibility where we can with full or part-time hours.
Requirements:
- Experience of high-volume recruitment in hospitality or retail
- A flexible, proactive, and hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of a task or project and see it through to completion
