We are seeking a passionate and skilled Kitchen Crew Assistant to join our team at Billy Bob's Parlour Venue. As a Kitchen Crew Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, providing excellent service to our front-of-house team, and delivering top-quality food to our customers.
About the Role
This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who wants to gain experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining a good work-life balance. You will work closely with our Sous Chef and Head Chef to prepare hot and cold food to set specifications and consistent quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of hot and cold food at pace to set specification and consistent quality
- Providing excellent service to FOH so they can deliver the best experience to our customers
- Keeping sections well stocked and replenished as required

- Passion for food and creating top-quality dishes
- Excellent team working skills
- Ability to work at pace as part of a busy kitchen environment
- Excellent attention to detail
