Job Title: Communications and Digital Marketing Manager

We're seeking a skilled Communications and Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Wilkin Chapman LLP. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing our online marketing communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Produce high-quality written content that resonates with our target audience and drives website traffic.
  • Manage and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Hootsuite.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize long-term content plans and create engaging content that grabs attention.
  • Maintain our website and stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and engagement trends.
  • Utilize analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, to generate accurate reporting and inform marketing decisions.
  • Stay fluent in written and spoken English with excellent grammatical and accuracy skills, with the ability to critique others' drafts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a content or copywriter with a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and digital media outlets, with previous experience in B2B and B2C social media.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and experience with web CMS systems or the ability to learn a new system.
  • Conversant with Hootsuite and photo editing software, with the ability to act quickly and react to trending topics and stories.
