About the Opportunity:
HelloFresh is seeking an exceptional Operational Excellence Manager to join its team. This role offers a unique chance to drive site performance and contribute to the company's growth. As part of the operational excellence team, you will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean and World Class Manufacturing methodologies.
Job Description:
- Lead site-wide strategic change and cross-functional improvement projects
- Identify opportunities to improve operational KPIs using systematic and structured approaches
- Use Lean Six Sigma tools to facilitate improvement within the business
- Coach and support individuals and departments in lean tools and problem-solving techniques
- Design, monitor, and report on project-related KPIs, adapting and implementing metrics to achieve business goals
What You'll Need:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- LSS methodologies knowledge
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Emotional intelligence
- Excellent Gsheet/Excel skills
Compensation: We offer an attractive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including a 70% discount on HelloFresh or Green Chef boxes, company pension scheme, and more.
