Job Title: Upholstery Trainer

The Upholstery Trainer is a crucial role within our company, DFS Furniture Ltd. As an expert in upholstery, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to our staff, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and technique.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess the skills required at each stage of the upholstery process
  • Evaluate current skill levels and identify gaps
  • Train individuals to meet high standards, focusing on quality and technique
  • Collaborate with the development team on new model introductions
  • Increase operational flexibility by training staff to cover all aspects of upholstery

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in upholstery
  • Proven training experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to ensure training meets necessary standards
