About This Opportunity

We have a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Aircraft Painter to join our production team in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our aerospace products, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and oversee the painting process for various aerospace products.
  2. Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  3. Evaluate and recommend new materials, equipment, and processes to enhance product quality.
  4. Work closely with colleagues to resolve quality control issues and optimize production flow.
  5. Document and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  6. Participate in quality audits and provide support for regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in aircraft painting or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures and quality control protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
