Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Risk Lawyer to support the director of our department. As a vital member of our team, you will assist with ongoing compliance and risk management for teams across our multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling business-critical work in areas such as financial risks, GDPR, SRA matters, general risks, stakeholder engagement, claims and complaints, terms of business reviews, and operational elements of our business.
- Serving as a champion of professional conduct and ethical matters, as well as training and development programs.
- Providing an engaging and rewarding role for those passionate about compliance and risk management.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of professional negligence or disputes law is essential.
- No prior experience in R&C is necessary, but a strong understanding of compliance and risk management principles is required.
