Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Casualty Underwriter to join our team. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Casualty Underwriting, strong broker network and market knowledge, negotiation and presentation skills, as well as the ability to effectively assess risk.

As a key member of our Commercial Insurance department, you will be responsible for underwriting complex corporate and multinational accounts, collaborating with large broking houses, and contributing to the underwriting function of our corporate commercial business. You will work closely with pricing and reserving actuarial teams to ensure performance meets profitability and growth targets.

The role offers a range of benefits, including a 12% defined non-contributory pension scheme, annual company bonus, life cover four times your salary, and up to 16 weeks' full pay for maternity, paternity and adoption leave. You will also have access to private medical insurance, virtual GP appointments, and discounted gym membership.
