We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Advisor and Administration Coordinator. Based in our Potters Bar office, this role will involve providing exceptional customer service and supporting various aspects of office operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide tailored quotations for customers, utilizing knowledge of our company's product offerings.
  • Support various aspects of office operations, working collaboratively with the team.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's products and services.
  • Assist in creating bespoke holidays for high net worth customers.
  • Utilize excellent verbal communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a high standard of written English in all correspondence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

**Requirements:**

  • Customer-focused with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • High standard of written English.
  • Commercially aware with accurate numeracy skills.
  • Able to quickly learn our products and become an expert in creating bespoke holidays.
  • A clear focus with good attention to detail.
  • Computer literate.
  • A true belief in the importance of customer service.
  • Personality to work without supervision – just get on with it.
  • Happy to work in a small office environment.
