Job Title: Teaching Assistant for Autism Provision About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our brand-new autism provision and support pupils with autism to make good academic, social, and personal progress. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work with Teachers, HLTA, and the Head of Provision to support the delivery of a balanced and personalized curriculum to achieve learning outcomes. You will ensure a purposeful, orderly, and supportive environment for the pupils. Key Responsibilities: • Work with Teachers, HLTA, and the Head of Provision to support the delivery of a balanced and personalized curriculum • Create and maintain a purposeful, orderly, and supportive environment for the pupils • Support pupils with autism to make good academic, social, and personal progress Requirements: • Experience working with pupils who have autism or special educational needs • Good knowledge of autism-specific strategies • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively and use own initiative About Our School: Ark Brunel Primary Academy is a vibrant, two-form entry primary school situated in North Kensington, within easy reach of transport links.
