Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Hampshire County Council. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to the highest standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with the Catering Team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Contribute to the development of new menu items and promotions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation methods.
• Flexibility to work alternate weekends and occasional evening shifts.
