The Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our A Level Law team as a part-time lecturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Advanced Skills Baccalaureate Wales and A level tutorial, working 18.5 hours per week. The salary will be between £22,000 and £45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to meet the needs of all learners.
- Plan, prepare, and teach A level Law/Advanced Skills Challenge Certificate, ensuring schemes of work and assessments align with the exam board specification.
- Develop and implement teaching strategies and materials to cater to diverse learner needs.
- Assess and monitor learner progress, setting targets and maintaining records of work and achievement.
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments, subject knowledge, and innovations in teaching and learning.
About You:
- You have a passion for teaching and learning.
- You hold a professional qualification or first degree in Law or equivalent.
- You possess a teaching qualification or are willing to work towards one.
- You have expertise in successful teaching.
