Job Title: Digital Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Manager to spearhead the advancement of our BIM and CAD practices, guiding our team towards excellence. As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, you will oversee multiple projects and champion our internal BIM procedures and central processes.

About the Role:

  1. BIM Leadership: Lead the way in implementing cutting-edge BIM strategies and processes.
  2. Collaboration Tools: Manage our internal model collaboration tools, ensuring smooth operation and maximum efficiency.
  3. Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to our BIM modelling team, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  4. Data Accuracy: Maintain meticulous oversight of BIM information data, ensuring accuracy and completeness at every stage.
  5. Design Excellence: Contribute to the creation of parametric MCAD models, elevating our design standards to new heights.
  6. Project Success: Ensure our project teams meet and exceed all BIM requirements, delivering exceptional results every time.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Keep stakeholders informed with regular progress reports, fostering trust and transparency.

Requirements:

  • Certification: Possess certification as a BIM coordinator, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
  • Expertise: Showcase your proficiency in ISO 19650 and other relevant BIM standards, backed by extensive experience with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
  • Tech Savvy: Demonstrate your mastery of MCAD software and familiarity with the IFC exchange format, along with a solid grasp of IT systems and cloud-based platforms.
  • Communication: Excel in communication, both verbal and written, and have a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
  • Passion for Excellence: Bring your passion for excellence to the table, along with exceptional organizational skills and a proactive mindset.

The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
