Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bid Manager to lead our bid management efforts, driving business growth and success through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive bid plans, incorporating commercial strategies and risk management techniques to ensure project profitability.
  • Collaborate with the overall Morgan Sindall business to project benefits to customers through proposals, driving business growth and success.
  • Design and deliver commercial, programme, and risk management strategies that meet customer needs and drive project profitability.
  • Support and assist bid team members in achieving their objectives.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in bid management, with a proven track record of delivering successful bids and projects.
  • Ability to research and understand client needs, developing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Proficiency in multiple software platforms, including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Fully qualified driver with a clean license.
