Therapy and Support Role

Outcomes First Group is the largest independent provider of special needs education and care. We are currently looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at The Grange Therapeutic School in the East Midlands. This role involves providing a range of therapy services to children and young adults with additional needs.
As a member of our therapy team, you will work closely with other professionals to deliver high-quality care and support. You will be responsible for assessing the needs of our pupils and developing individualised treatment plans to help them achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team and provide clear guidance and support to colleagues.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, working with children and young adults who need our help. In return for your commitment and expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum and a wide range of benefits, including enhanced maternity and paternity leave and access to our 'Your Wellbeing Matters' programme.
