As a Vehicle Collection Driver 7.5 Tonne, you will be responsible for collecting accident damaged and insurance loss vehicles from various locations, loading and offloading them onto our SYNETIQ HGV vehicles, and delivering them to our site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers and clients to ensure smooth vehicle collection and delivery processes.
- Collect vehicles from various locations, adhering to regulations and legislations regarding working and driving hours.
- Load and offload vehicles onto our SYNETIQ HGV vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
- Complete associated paperwork via a PDA, maintaining accurate records and compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience, with a valid Category C / C+E Driving License.
- Previous recovery/car transporter experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, organized, and resilient, with good attention to detail and the ability to use initiative.
