We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Housekeeper to join our team at Caesar Management Limited. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness and customer service to our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role, with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve high standards. You will have a keen eye for detail and excellent leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.

The role is full-time, working 5 days out of 7, including some weekends. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working together to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Housekeeping staff to achieve high standards of cleanliness and customer service
  • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and report on Housekeeping performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve high standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Spoken English essential
