About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our team at WGC, the UK's leading outsourced hotel services company. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences to our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency in the housekeeping department.
  • Analyse guest feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to meet operational requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hotel teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and implement initiatives to achieve this goal.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
  • Deliver and exceed financial targets by effectively managing budgets and payroll.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and performance.
