We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor to join our team, who will be responsible for delivering exceptional service standards and creating a memorable experience for our members and their guests.

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of the business and entrepreneurial world, excellent communication skills, drive, and passion. Experience in a private members club, five-star hotel, or similar luxury environment is preferable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service standards and create a memorable experience for members and their guests.
  • Build relationships with Rockstar honorary members and newcomers alike.
  • Anticipate the needs of members and recall their preferences.
  • Support other departments across the House to guarantee the best possible service to guests.
  • Work within a dedicated and passionate team.
