**Salary and Benefits:**

The salary for this role is approximately £35,944.78 per annum, which includes an annual pay rate based on industry standards. In addition to a competitive salary, successful candidates will also benefit from ongoing employment opportunities within our company.

**Job Responsibilities:**

This position involves painting vehicles to a high standard every time, daily operation of the spray booth, ensuring that all vehicles are correctly masked and prepped prior to going into the paint booth, and undertaking any final prep work to the vehicle once in the booth if required.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you must have your own paint guns and air fed mask, hold a full driving license with no more than six points for minor offenses, have previous experience working in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, be self-driven and motivated, and able to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
