You will be part of a unique operational site that features the longest military runway in the UK, alongside other state-of-the-art facilities. This is not just a workplace; it's a hub of innovation where you will collaborate with a highly experienced team of flight test instructors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality instruction on a wide range of topics to aspiring flight test professionals.
  • Contribute to the development of the ETPS course syllabi, driving continuous improvement and possessing broad and extensive experience within the flight test community.
  • Teach on the ground and instruct in the air, clarifying subject material that is inherently complex so that students of all nationalities can understand and then apply the associated principles.
  • Have a sound knowledge of aircraft performance, systems, and stability & control and their testing together with skilled use of typical software for the analysis and reporting of data in the flight test environment.
  • Experience of the UK MoD's Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).
