We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a KS3 Teacher to join our team of dedicated professionals, specializing in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs. As a SEN One to One Tutor, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

About the Job
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced teacher who possesses a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks. You will need to have previous experience of working with children in the last 2 years, as well as a relevant teaching assistant qualification and eligibility to work in the UK. Additionally, you must have two references working with children and a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality teaching and support to students with Special Educational Needs, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans, ensuring that each student receives the necessary accommodations and modifications to succeed. You will also maintain accurate records of student progress, communicate regularly with parents and guardians, and participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in special education.

Salary Estimate
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £30-£40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
