Job Title: Lettings Administrator Team Leader

Armstrong Knight is seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator Team Leader to join our team in Dartford.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to lead our lettings team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of lettings administrators, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of lettings administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  2. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and applicants, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Property Management: Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all properties are marketed effectively and that viewings are arranged efficiently.
  4. Negotiation: Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks, such as registering applicant details and property requirements, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Experience in lettings administration and team management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of property law and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
