We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Education Support Worker to join our team at Belmont Secondary School. As an Outdoor Education Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our students, promoting their academic, social, and emotional development.
You will work closely with our dedicated teams to develop and implement strategies that promote student progress and wellbeing. You will also contribute to the safeguarding ethos of the school, promoting citizenship and British values, and participating in planned activities throughout the academic year.
The successful candidate will have:
- GCSE's grade C/4 and above in English and Maths
- Outdoor Education Qualifications
- A full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel
Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
