About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Doune Castle Ambassador. In this role, you will engage with visitors from diverse backgrounds, sharing the fascinating history and cultural significance of Doune Castle.

This is a seasonal position, offering flexibility and variety throughout the year. As an ambassador for Scotland's heritage, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the tourism industry, while making a positive impact on our visitors' experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality guided tours and interactive experiences
  • Engage with visitors, responding to their queries and providing excellent customer service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs

Requirements: A degree in History, Tourism, or a related field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £19,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience.
